Terms & Conditions of Stay

at Wine Country Lodge Motor Lodge

Please read this information prior to making a booking.

Check in time is 2pm and check out 10am unless otherwise arranged with Management.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check in time may incur a charge equal to the first night's accommodation tariff.

• There are no refunds or reductions in rates for early departure.
• Minimum stay requirements may apply during busy periods and special events.
• All rooms are strictly non smoking. One night's accommodation will be charged if guests have been smoking in the units.
• The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons in their party. Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
• Guests may incur charges for any missing or damaged items.
  An extra cleaning charge will be made if rooms are left in a state considered beyond reasonable wear and tear.
• Reception Hours:  Mon – Fri 7.30am – 9.30 pm   Sat 7.30am – 8.30pm
                          Sun and Public Holidays 8.00am – 8.30pm
  For arrival or departure outside these times, arrangements need to be made with Management.
